This workout is very basic, which is fabulous for people who need a light workout, especially those just starting out on their fitness journey, or those recovering from illness or injury (as long as you’re cleared by a doctor for exercise). It’s low intensity and mostly low impact, and goes slow and simple with detailed explanations of the moves, so beginners will definitely want to check this video out.
Since it is basic, more advanced athletes will probably find this workout to be kind of boring. It’s not particularly challenging, and the slow pace will not get your heart rate up super high, so if you’re the kind of person who does intense HIIT on the regular, you probably don’t need to try this workout.
However, if you need something light, this is the workout for you! It’s super easy to follow and a great way to start on your fitness journey, so I highly recommend that new athletes start with this.
