This one burnnnnns!! Star abs are really hard and require a certain amount of strength to even do, so in my opinion this is really not a beginner workout, even though there are beginner modifications. Funnily enough, I felt like the advanced version was actually easier than the beginner version, so I definitely don’t recommend this workout until you feel confident in your core strength!
As always, 100 is a lot and this is a pretty slow move compared to some of the other exercises up until now, so it takes a long time to complete this challenge. But I did find that Cassey didn’t go at an unfollow-able pace this time around, so I felt that Day 15 was not too terrible. Just medium-level terrible.
But, it’s an amaaaazing workout, and you will most definitely feel your abs screaming, so if you think you’re ready, get to it and work those abs!
