Holy moly, the pace these two go is insane! The Fitness Marshall is an intense trainer and so is Cassey, so the two of them together makes for a really, really fast workout! Even if you’re used to doing hip twists, this is really hard to keep up with.
Thankfully, it’s not 100 sets, in which you have to do 100 on both sides; instead you just do 100 twists, so in essence you’re doing 50 on each side. As such, it’s much easier! And it goes by very fast, so it’s really not too torturous, even if the move is slightly challenging.
Personally, I could not keep up at the rate they were going in full plank, so I did it on my knees, and that’s a-okay. Modify to your ability, pace yourself, and push through, and you will do fine!
