This is a very short stretch routine, with just three moves that are all focused on the calves. As far as selection goes it’s not really anything to write home about, but the stretches feel nice and are great to add to the end of a longer lower body stretch, to be done after a run or other hard workout.

Tim’s explanations are very thorough and very informative, so this is a great video for beginners and those new to stretching. If you’re not familiar with calf stretches, this is a great video to watch!
