This is a very basic, simple yoga routine. It’s not too intense in terms of stretching, and a little bit silly, which is great for kids. I think this would be an awesome workout to do in a classroom with younger kids, if your students are maybe a bit antsy and need to release some energy really quickly.
There are some balance poses, but nothing too challenging. Adriene gives a good explanation and plenty of modifications for those who aren’t sure if they can do them. I think for adults it might not be too exciting, but it would be great to do as a family with kids.
As always, Adriene delivers, so you own’t go wrong either way. Give it a shot and see how it works for you!
