This workout is a little more challenging than some of the other ab challenge videos, but it’s not too bad. I actually managed to get to 70 before I needed to take a break, so I’m pretty proud of myself!
The move does burn; the modification is to do a crunch instead of a sit-up, which, to be honest, will burn just as bad, so either way you’re gonna get a crazy good workout. But it’s a pretty easy move to execute in either variation, so I think anyone can do it, so long as they’re prepared to really push themselves.
Because it is 100 and it’s a pretty slow move, it takes a verrry long time. That makes it pretty torturous, but I didn’t hate this challenge like I did others. Plus, I felt pretty proud of myself for doing it, and my abs felt awesome afterwards, so it’s definitely a great video to try out!
