This is a pretty intense butt workout! You’ve got four minutes to do Rainbow Butt on both sides, so that means a total of two minutes per side. Considering most HIIT intervals are about 45 seconds, that’s a really long interval!

But! The music is awesome and makes it more bearable, even though this move burns like heck. I did do Jenny Ford’s Lower Body Weights workout right before this, so I was particularly tired, which may make my ratings slightly skewed. Not to mention that my shoulders were super sore from doing all of Boho Beautiful’s cardio workouts the day before. (That reminds me, you will be on hands and knees so there could be strain on wrists and shoulders, but it’s not too bad.)

But whether you’re already exhausted or not this workout will kick your butt, so don’t hesitate to try it! You’ll have a lot of fun with it, I promise.
