This is a super fun workout! The focus is on hip shaking, which works not only the glutes but also the obliques. Leilah shows three different kinds of hip shakes, and with each she teaches it slowly, then builds up speed, until finally it gets added into a routine.

It’s so easy to follow, and a really fabulous lesson in belly dance. This might be one of my favorite Leilah videos! It’s so fun and actually really effective. It just needs to be longer to get a really thorough workout, but otherwise, I highly recommend it.
