This is the best way to workout, in my opinion! The music was great, and I love that the moves changed depending on what part of the song was playing. It made it really engaging and super fun. You honestly forget that you’re working out!

That being said, the moves in this workout are a little advanced; there is only one beginner modification given, so beginners may struggle to complete it. The whole routine burns pretty badly and really gets the whole core working–including the lower back and the obliques, so beginners may want to skip this one until they’ve built up a little strength before hand.

This workout is quite challenging for anyone, actually, but thankfully the intervals are short so that you don’t quite get to the point where you want to die. So in the end, you work hard, but you don’t feel like you are working hard. That’s the best, isn’t it?
