This is a fantastic core workout for beginners. It’s slow and deliberate, with an emphasis on proper form, so even if you have never done an ab workout before you will have no trouble doing this one. There are also only a few moves and they’re built up slowly, so this is a very gentle workout that might also be great for those recovering from injury or illness.

Tim also explains the moves in great detail, which makes this workout so easy to follow. Plus, it concludes with a nice stretch, so even if you aren’t a beginner this workout could be either a gentle warmup for or a great conclusion to a longer, harder workout.
