Day 7 of Blogilates’ 100 Ab Challenge was, out of all the videos of the first week, the hardest for me. It burns sooooo bad and it’s soooo hard. It looks easy, but it’s not. You kind of need a lot of strength to do it well, so I really struggled with it.
To top it off, they go so fast that it’s hard to keep up! So it burns, it’s hard to do, and you’re floundering around on your back trying to keep up with their ridiculous pace, so all around this was not a fun workout for me. I don’t think I made it to 100, but the important thing is that I tried!
On the bright side, because of the quick pace, this ab challenge goes by super fast, so you won’t be tortured for long! If you’re ready to challenge yourself this workout, then you’ll get a great, quick ab blast, so it’s worth it in the end. Just be prepared to suffer!
