Ease of Following |
This workout is absolutely fabulous for beginners. It’s slow-paced, and focused on form and getting the right posture, and the explanations are very detailed and easy to follow, so you’ll learn a lot!
Whatever your level, though, this is a great refresher on how to do a good lunge and a good squat, so anyone can benefit from doing it. So don’t avoid it just because it looks easy! You won’t do a whole lot of reps in this workout, but you will still be feeling the burn! There are tons of varieties of squats and lunges, so it is a fabulous lower body workout. Unfortunately, that does make it a little hard on the knees, though.
If you’re advanced you might need to do something else to get the workout you need, but for many of us, this is a great workout on its own! I recommend everyone give it a watch to refresh your form.
