This is a really, really effective butt workout! Since each leg is done for a whole song, you’re basically holding up your leg for three plus minutes, solely using the power of your butt! Your gluts and hamstrings will be screaming at the end of each song.
This is by no means an easy workout. The moves are simple enough to do but the challenge is continuing to do it. I took many breaks throughout…if you don’t, be very proud, because this is a really hard workout!
There is a really nice stretch at the end, but since this workout is pretty killer, we recommend doing a little bit more, maybe even busting out the foam roller. You might regret it if you don’t!
