This is a pretty intense cardio routine. Don’t try to use this short workout to warm up, because it jumps right into hard moves, right off the bat! There are a lot of jumping and high impact moves so you will definitely be out of breath after just one round.
It’s pretty brutal. I only did this workout once, but I was feeling it by the end. I think I would die if I had to do it 4 times in a row!
This workout is not easy. Some of the moves are also pretty challenging (jumping lunges, I’m looking at you!) and Cassey doesn’t really offer easy modifications for this workout, so I wouldn’t recommend this video for beginners. But if you’re ready to do it, be prepared to work hard!
