So I definitely thought that 100 roll-ups wouldn’t be so bad, since I generally don’t feel too much of a burn doing them in a regular Pilates class. But boy was I wrong! I really suffered in this workout…and my abs were quite sore afterwards!
Roll-ups are pretty easy moves and Cassey also gives beginner modifications, but 100 is a lot and this particular video goes through them super fast, so it might be a little challenging for beginners. I actually found that the speedy pace was so fast it actually gave me a bit of a cardio workout!
If you are a beginner and you want to challenge yourself with this workout, I recommend pacing yourself and not trying to keep up with them. If you do try to go at their pace, then take regular breaks, because it will burn!
Whatever your level, though, this is an absolutely fantastic ab workout, and you can’t go wrong with it.
