This workout is really unique! It’s called a boxing workout, but actually it mixes a lot of different kinds of exercises to get the heart racing, which makes it really interesting and fun. It’s also really effective! I sweat a ton, but I didn’t feel like my muscles were dying too much, so this workout has a nice balance between sweat and fun.
The focus is on boxing, so you will spend a lot of time doing punches, which will work your upper body hard. I was super sore in my back! But there are also a few dance moves mixed in and the boxing is broken up with toning Pilates-style moves, so you won’t get tired of it.
This workout is challenging in terms of cardio but anyone can do it. It’s extremely easy to follow, with good scaffolding on the part of the host, so you won’t get lost, and you won’t struggle to keep up. It’s completely beginner friendly, but anyone of any level can enjoy this workout!
