This is a pretty intense HIIT workout. The moves are quite hard, and you will tire quickly! The actual workout, if you just follow the video once, is 5 minutes long, so it’s not too bad, but I think doing the full 20 minute workout would be pretty brutal, considering how much jumping there is!
This workout is pretty heavy on all the joints–knees, shoulders, and wrists–so if you have any weak points, tread carefully. However, if you’re good to go, this workout is super effective! It’s great cardio, and your heart rate will be sky high at the end! Plus, since the moves are kind of unusual, this workout is almost even fun. (If only it wasn’t super brutal…)
