Woah buddy, this workout burns those buns and thighs, and sky rocketed my heart rate! After those star jumps at the end (aka bat jumps), I thought I was going to die, honestly. And I only did the workout once; I can’t imagine doing it four times over…that would be pretty brutal!

This is a pretty advanced workout that contains some combinations moves, so beginners might find it challenging. That being said, if your knees are up for all the squats and lunges, and if you have the strength and stamina to withstand it, you will get a crazy good workout out of this video! Definitely recommended.
