This is a fun, simple dance routine! It’s pretty easy, so even terrible dancers like me can follow along, no problem. There’s only one move that’s got a beginner modification, but the choreography is generally pretty easy to follow, so beginners can easily do this workout.
This isn’t a crazy intense workout, but it’s a great way to quickly get your heart rate up! The moves aren’t too strenuous so this could work as a great warmup for other workouts, as well as part of a longer dance workout.
All in all, the music is great and the moves are super fun, so this is a great dance workout to keep in your rotation!
