This is a super nice, gentle workout for the whole body! It mostly targets the hips, back, and neck, which are all places we hold tension throughout the day. The workout has a great mixture of light exercises and stretches to really lengthen and loosen the muscles. It feels wonderful!
The explanations are super detailed and the moves extremely easy to follow, so this is a fantastic, beginner-friendly workout. I particularly recommend this workout for those with a stiff back or shoulders; after you’ve had a long day at work, this would be heavenly! It would also be great for an active rest day. Honestly, it would work for all kinds of needs, so definitely give it a try!
