This is a pretty challenging workout! If you’ve done some of Bolgilates’ videos before, then you’ll be familiar with the two moves that make up the combination move in this song challenge: the grasshopper and the half-cobra pushup.
The move will work your butt, lower back, upper back, and triceps, and since you’re doing it for a solid three minutes straight, you’re going to feel the burn in all of those places! I also felt a bit of pain just above the elbow, but I think that’s because my triceps are quite weak.
Since the moves are relatively easy and not too intense, this video is totally beginner friendly. I also love how she shows you how to do a decent stretch at the end. You’ll probably need more, but it’s nice that that’s included.
All in all this is a great challenge, so give it a try as part of your workout and see if you can do it without stopping!
