This workout has a great selection of exercises for the upper body! There isn’t quite as much explanation of form as I might have liked, but she still gives tons of good info about the moves, so it’s great! It’s also pretty beginner friendly, since the moves aren’t too difficult.
There are some moves where you’re sort of dancing while using the weights, which might be a little dangerous if you’re not very strong yet. Just take your time and go at your own pace, but if you get into the groove, you’ll have a good time!
This workout does a great job of working out your upper body, and a little bit of your core too! It isn’t too hard or too torturous; you’ll feel the burn, but you won’t hate it. Plus, it’s got a fun mix of moves, so you’ll enjoy its uniqueness!
