This is a very simple static stretch routine. There are three stretches, though one of them has three varieties, and each one is held for a whole minute, so you’ll get a very deep stretch from this video.
Although there’s so few stretches, they each hit almost every part of the body, except the legs and abs. You’ll feel it in the glutes, low back, upper back, arms, and shoulders. It feels super good!
This stretch is great after a hard workout; just make sure you do a little bit for your legs afterwards, too. And if you’re feeling stiff after sitting at a desk all day, this might be a great way to take care of that, too!
