This is a great stretch routine! There are a lot more stretches for the legs and butt than there are for the rest of the body, but the few upper body stretches there are feel really nice, too.
Some of the stretches are actually a little bit hard to do, especially if you aren’t super flexible yet. Some joint flexibility also helps with these moves, which may make this workout a little hard for those with weak knees or hips. She does provide some modifications, though, so this video is mostly beginner friendly.
Overall, this is a really nice stretch! Since most of the moves are for the lower body, this would be a great stretch to do after a leg workout, but it’s also perfect to do after a slight warmup to relax and lengthen the muscles of your whole body. I recommend it!
