So, this workout is absolutely brutal. You’re basically doing elevated double leg lifts for five straight minutes! Your lower abs will be screaming, and if you’re not super strong, your hip flexors will hate it too! I started with straight legs and ended up with bent knees because they just couldn’t take it anymore.
Thankfully, it goes by fast! Plus, you have the added distraction of trying to think of a Halloween costume for every letter of the alphabet, which helps the letters pass.
The moves are actually fairly easy to do, so this workout is generally beginner friendly. However, there isn’t really a chance for Cassey to go into much detail on the form, so true beginners may want to wait a bit before doing this workout.
