I love Sailor Moon, so I love this themed workout! Although the moves in this exercise are all pretty standard, they’ve been given Sailor Moon-themed names, which makes them much more fun!
This workout is a PIIT workout, which means it has a mixture of cardio and toning moves. You’ll keep your heart rate up as you target specific muscles with toning exercises, so it could be considered an optimum kind of workout.
I only did one round of this workout, so it wasn’t too bad. But whether you do this workout once or four times, I don’t think it’s especially hard, at least compared to Cassey’s other PIIT workouts. In other words, anyone can get their sweat on with this workout!
