This is a great self-inclusive workout! It’s only about 8 minutes long, but it has a full warm-up that builds up slowly into a heart-racing dance party. The workout itself is a combo of Latin-style moves, which are easy to follow and super fun!
Though this workout is quite short, it’s a great way to get your body moving if you’re short on time. I would recommend doing a bit more to get a good sweat on, and in that case you use this video to start your workout, since it has a nice warm-up and only a quick cool-down.
Do note that the dance moves in this video include heavy steps, so unless you can do them light-footed, this workout would not be apartment friendly!
