This is a really cool kickboxing workout! I felt like a total bad-ass doing it. There are tons of strong punches and kicks, and I really felt like I could beat everyone up afterwards. My husband was not amused! lol

However, the moves are really fast! Beginners may want to skip this one, or at least do the moves carefully, and at their own pace. If you aren’t used to kickboxing, it’s easy to hurt yourself, especially at this pace! There are also some moves that involve moving the feet at the same time as the arms, which I found kind of difficult. But that just means this is a workout for the mind, as well as the body!

If you think you’re ready for this, you will get an amazing workout from it! It’s great cardio, and a fantastic total body routine. You will feel sore in your back and glutes, if you’re anything like me.
