This is a workout finisher, meaning it’s meant to be one final push, a final drain on the muscles and the body, to get that last bit of sculpt in and burn more calories. And boy does it!! I may not have sweat during this workout, but my abs were burning like crazy. Thankfully it goes by quickly, so you won’t feel like dying.

This is a fantastic workout that hits every part of the abs. Apparently, you’re not supposed to do a finisher on its own, but I’m sure no one will fault you if you do. You’ll get a great, all-around workout if you do!
