This is my favorite dance routine from Ashley! I’ve always loved Zumba, and I love learning the steps to different Latin-style dance moves. This particular video hits a lot of a the typical moves you’ll see in Zumba, so fans will love this video. Plus, you will definitely not get bored in this class!

Ashley has you dancing to an awesome selection of songs that will absolutely get you pumped. I got so into it that I worked up a good sweat, and my whole body was tired afterwards.

This video is also super easy to follow, and extremely beginner friendly. It’s not a heavy workout, either, so this video is great to do when you want to workout, but aren’t feeling anything too crazy like HIIT or kickboxing. 100% recommended!
