This is a really nice set of stretches to get the body moving. They’re dynamic, so the video moves in and out of each move without holding each for too long. You will stretch and warm-up your whole body!

This video is great as a warmup for a longer workout, but it would also work as a cool-down. That’s how I did it, and it felt great! You’ll also get a lot of good information about stretching and about different parts of the body from this video, so it’s definitely worth watching.
