My friends, two minutes is a very long time to be doing an ab exercise! Even when the moves required switching sides after one minute, I was still dying. And the fact that these moves are absolutely brutal means your muscles will most definitely be screaming by the end.
There are some beginner modifications for some of these moves, but not really enough for this to be a beginner friendly workout, so I recommend trying it only if you feel confident enough to keep up, and that you won’t hurt yourself.
Because of that, and because she’s so busy talking that she sometimes forgets to tell you to switch sides, I gave this a four in following. But otherwise, this is an absolutely recommended workout! If you’re looking for a nice quick blast for your abs, you have to try it!
