I’m not sure what the difference is between barre ab moves and Pilates ab moves, but I’m not really complaining, because these are really great!

There’s an excellent variety of exercises in this routine, so you definitely won’t get bored! This isn’t a particularly brutal workout, either; there are a lot of reps, but the moves aren’t that hard, so you won’t feel like death while you’re doing it.

Plus, except for the last move, this workout is completely beginner friendly! The last move was actually really hard, so if you are a beginner, just be careful and go with caution. I recommend using a towel and doing this workout on a smooth surface; the towel is option for all of the moves but the last one, but you will get a much better workout with it than without.
