This is a really great total body cardio workout! It’s titled as a HIIT routine, but it doesn’t have intervals, so it’s not really HIIT, just a non-stop cardio workout. (I’m splitting hairs here).
Still, the moves are common to HIIT and you will definitely feel your heartbeat after this workout! Lots of high-impact cardio makes for a pretty sweaty workout.
Some of the moves require a bit of prerequisite strength, so that’s why I’ve labeled this workout as intermediate. It’s a slightly challenging workout, but it’s a fantastic cardio blast, so I recommend you give it a shot!
