This is a great stretch, but the moves require a lot of flexibility to hold. It’s a pretty advanced stretch, and there aren’t that many modifications, so I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners.
If you are flexible enough to hold the stretches without significant pain, though, this is an amazing stretch. They hit every part of both legs, with particular emphasis on the hamstrings and the inner thighs. I felt super limber after finishing this routine!
I recommend this stretch after a hard lower body workout. It’ll feel so good, and will help prevent injury and soreness.
