This workout has a really wide variety of moves, and they’re all done to music, which make them a lot of fun! It’s sort of like Blogilates’ Pop Pilates, where you do toning moves along to a beat.
But that also makes it pretty challenging. The beat is super fast and, especially for beginners, it’s hard to keep up! I especially don’t recommend trying to do lunges as deep as she does at the pace she goes. I’m pretty sure I pulled a muscle in my thigh because of it!
Make sure you do a warmup before doing this workout, and go at your own pace, and you’ll be fine. It’s really fun once you get into it!
