Oh my gosh, this Bridal Bootcamp series is 100% brutal! This one focuses on the arms, but it hits the back too, and I tell you what, every part of your arms and shoulders will be screaming when you’re done.
Except for two or three moves, these exercises aren’t difficult to do. But though they are simple moves, they burn like crazy! On top of that, ending the workout on “up-up-down-downs”, going from high plank to elbow plank, is so hard. I almost couldn’t make it to the end!
She also goes really fast, so it’s pretty hard to keep up with her pace, and that’s why this video is not super beginner friendly. Beginners can do it, but you’ll just have to pace yourself and go easy, otherwise it will be a challenge.
Overall this is an absolutely fantastic upper body workout. You won’t regret doing it, except for all of the pain you will feel. That, you might regret.
