This is a really nice selection of stretches! They feel wonderful, and they’re not the usual kinds of stretches, so it’s quite a unique routine. The music is also really nice, which makes this a pretty relaxing stretch.
Some of the poses may be a little challenging if you aren’t very flexible, which might detract from the relaxing atmosphere, but I think, all in all, it’s a fairly beginner friendly routine. Just listen to your body, and if it protests, don’t push too hard!
This workout is dynamic, which means you move between poses rather than holding them for very long, so it would make an excellent warm-up stretch, or even an early morning wake-up stretch. However, I did these stretches after a cardio workout and they still felt ah-may-zing.
You can’t go wrong with this stretch routine no matter what part of the day it is. You’ll love it!
