Oh my gosh, this is my favorite stretch video ever! It’s an absolutely beautiful, comprehensive, total body stretch. Each of the moves felt amazing, and Denise Austin’s soothing voice, coupled with the gentle music, makes this video so relaxing.

This workout felt amazing after leg day, but I imagine it would be really nice to do at any time of the day when you’re feeling stiff. In the morning, after work, before bed; this workout would be great to loosen up the muscles and get the blood circulating.

The great thing about it is that you don’t need much flexibility or strength to do this video, so it’s completely beginner friendly. Anyone can enjoy this workout!

I can’t recommend this stretch highly enough!
