This is a great cardio burst workout, with a focus on working that booty. It involves a couple of different kinds of squats, some of which are dance-like moves, which makes it kind of fun.
8 reps goes by pretty quick, but it does burn a little, so be prepared for that! It does also get the heart rate up, so it works as a cardio workout as well.
The moves are kind of intense, and sort of hard to execute. I’ll be honest, I didn’t really pay attention to the demonstration of the moves that Keaira does at the beginning of the video, because for some reason I assumed she would review the form again while we did it. Spoiler alert: she doesn’t, so I had a hard time following. Totally my fault.
That being said, it still might have been better to give the viewer a little more time to practice the moves or get the routine down pat before launching into as brisk a pace as she does. It moves really fast once it gets started, so I had a hard time keeping up when it did. But if you are better than I am and actually pay attention to the intro, then you’ll probably do fine!
