This workout is actually not so bad. You only have to do 50 on each side, so it’s not nearly as torturous as some of the other days. There’s a lot of talk in the beginning so the actual workout is only about 3 minutes long, which makes it even better. And it goes by fast, so Day 12 is a nice reprieve in between challenging workouts!
The only problem I have with it is that they go so gosh dang fast! That’s the only reason why this video is ranked as intermediate instead of beginner. The moves themselves aren’t so hard, but the challenge is in keeping up. If you do try this workout, and you’re a beginner, make sure you pace yourself and count on your own if you have to. Otherwise you might get hurt!
