This total body Pilates routine is gentle, but hard. The strength moves are mixed together with yoga moves, so you don’t really feel to terrible throughout the workout, and your muscles get nice breaks in between tough reps.

That being said, the exercises are challenging. Much of the work is done in plank, which is a bit heavy on the wrists and shoulders. There’s only one leg move, so if you want to get a bit more of a thorough total body workout, you’ll want to add another video.

Overall, though, this is a pretty good workout. With the yoga moves in between it’s much lighter than it could be, but it still gets you working. I was definitely sweating by the end!
