Uggghhh I sooooo hate bicycle crunches. Like, I whine whenever they come up in a video and grumble the whole time I’m doing them. I hate them, so obviously, I was not looking forward to this portion of the challenge. Thankfully they only do 50 pairs instead of 100, so it’s not nearly as horrible as it could be.
That also means it goes by fast, which was a huge relief for me! That being said, it still burns like crazy. I don’t think I did 100, but I tried, and I’m proud of myself for trying. Even if I hated it the whole time.
If you’re anything like me you will resist doing this workout, but it will be so good for you. If you hate bicycle crunches as much as I do, just try it. You’ll probably do better than you think!
