This is a nice little stretch that hits a bit of the upper body and lots of the core. It’s only got three moves, but each move is held for a decent amount of time so it feels pretty nice after a hard workout. It is really short, though, so I do recommend combining this with other stretches to get a comprehensive cool-down, but this is a great way to start.
Another good thing about this video is that Steve Jordan gives such a detailed explanation of each stretch that it’s actually really informative! You’ll learn a lot from just this video, so it’s worth giving a watch even if it’s a bit short.
