As you can tell from my ratings, this interval workout is pretty brutal! Each of the 7 moves burn like crazy, and one minute is a suuuuper long interval, so you will most definitely suffer. But what’s nice is that this workout is totally push-up free. In fact, most of these moves are unique, so you might actually have some fun doing it!
Though they burn, the moves are all pretty easy, so this workout is absolutely beginner friendly. If you’re advanced (and crazy), you can also bump up the intensity by adding dumbbells, but you’d have to really be strong because doing it without weights is torture enough.
This workout has a decent stretch at the end–and there’s one move in there that I looove–but I’d recommend doing more to cool down if this is the end of your workout. Otherwise, that this is a fantastic video for the upper body that will really get every part moving!
