This video has an awesome selection of weighted exercises for the upper body, with movements that target almost every part: both sides of the upper arms, the shoulders, and the upper back. The only part missing is the chest!
Katie does an awesome job of explaining the moves and the proper form, so this video is great for those new to weight lifting. They moves are also easy to do and Katie is easy to follow, so you can’t go wrong with this video!
I also like the theme of the video–holiday shopping! Katie and her friend Natalie give tips for holiday shopping, which helps pass the the time and makes you forget that you’re working out. All in all this is a fun workout and very effective, so I recommend it!
