This is a great cardio workout! Cassey uses it as a warm-up on her workout calendar, but it’s a little fast-paced for me, and since it has tons of lunges, I would warm up just a little before doing it.
Because there are so many lunges in this video, this is not a workout for those with bad knees. If you are able to do lunges, however, this is a fantastic workout! They burn like crazy, but luckily the intervals are generally pretty short, so you won’t want to die in the middle!
Another nice thing about this workout is that, even though there’s a ton of lunges, there’s a nice variety of different kinds, so it doesn’t get too boring. It does burn though, so be ready for it! I did this workout after a short vacation, and my legs were like noodles at the end. Worth it!
