This is a lovely stretch routine! It mostly focuses on the lower body, but there are some upper body stretches as well, so the whole body gets a nice, thorough stretch.
What’s great about this workout is it can be used in multiple ways. It would be a great way to relieve tired muscles after a long day, or a fabulous cool-down after a hard workout, especially for the lower body.
This video is also super easy to follow and very beginner friendly! Cassey is so informative; she tells you all about the proper form and where you’re supposed to feel it. It’s super helpful, so consider adding this one to your rotation!
