This is a great workout that targets the whole body! It has a great selection of exercises, though there aren’t any moves that specifically target the abs. Since this is barre, mixed with some resistance band moves, it’s primarily a toning workout, but there are some cardio bursts mixed in to get the heart rate nice and pumped.
This is a very effective, well-rounded workout, and since Ana is participating in it while pregnant, it’s also prenatal-friendly! With Katie from Love Sweat Fitness at the helm, his workout also has an amazing atmosphere, so you’ll feel super inspired to do your best. All-in-all, I highly recommend it!
