This is a nice belly dance routine. As far as Leilah’s videos go, this one is much more fast-paced, a little harder than some of her other videos. I’d still say it’s beginner friendly, though! My advice for this one is, don’t really worry about mastering the moves. Just try, and have fun with it! The more you do it, the better you’ll get.
For some reason, I didn’t find this workout as fun as some of Leilah’s other videos, but that doesn’t mean it’s not fun at all–I still enjoyed doing it, and I got a decent sweat out of it, too.
It is a lighter workout, so it’s great on a day when you don’t feel up to something intense, or if you just want to have fun. As always, Leilah’s belly dance videos are a great way to get your sweat on!
